Jim Robinson

Jim Robinson specializes in corporate and real estate transactions: entity formation and financing, real estate leasing and sales, buying and selling businesses, and general contract negotiations. Mr. Robinson represents banks, insurance companies, and large corporations, as well as small and medium size businesses. He has represented both landlords and tenants in major lease transactions, sellers and buyers of mid-level businesses, and substantial manufacturers in the aerospace and automotive industries.
Mr. Robinson received his B.S. in accounting, cum laude, from Villanova University in 1981, his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego in 1984, and an LL.M in Taxation, summa cum laude, in 1987.
He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1984, and to the United States District Court, Central District of California and United States Tax Court in 1985. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is a licensed California real estate broker.
